An Earthwork Report assesses the material needed for excavation (cut) or placement (fill) to achieve design grades. It outlines the total volume of dirt to be moved, areas of cutting or filling, and site balance, including import or off-haul needs. This report is crucial for planning, evaluating trucking logistics, equipment, labor, and project costs, ensuring effective project management and successful execution.

The AGTEK Cut-Fill Report visually represents a project's earthwork needs. Color coding indicates excavation areas (red and orange) for lowering ground levels and fill requirements (blue and green) for raising surfaces. This comprehensive 2D or 3D design aids in understanding cut and fill needs, serving as a valuable tool for planning and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

A Typical Material Report details square footage from civil sheets, such as Asphalt/Concrete Area, Building pad, Sidewalk, and Curb and Gutter. AGTEK Section Reports are used for Asphalt Paving Quantities (tons and CY), Concrete Pavement Quantities (CY), Aggregate Base Quantities (CY or Tons), Sidewalk and Curb Concrete Volumes, and Striping and Surfacing Calculations (Area).

The 3D View Report provides a realistic, three-dimensional visualization of the existing ground, proposed design, and calculated earthwork volumes. This interactive model allows users to visually assess cut and fill areas, slope transitions, grading challenges, and material movement across the entire project site.
